At Sunburst RPG, we want you to love your adventure-ready apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition. Whether the fit wasn't right or you changed your mind, our goal is to get you back into the game with gear you love.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Quest

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Loot

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment shows no signs of wear.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Rewards

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
